About me, my teaching and practice

I’m a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher passionate about providing personalized, thoughtful teachings to help you feel steadier, stronger, and more at ease, in day to day life.

Yoga became part of my life at a time when I needed strong support through some of life's inevitable waves. In the midst of busyness, uncertainty, and high demands on my mental and physical wellbeing, I began to shift into a sort of autopilot, no longer feeling like myself. I know this feeling is more common than we might think. Whether it's the all-too-predictable 3pm crash, the 3am thought spiral, or the slow build of physical tension that tends to settle throughout the body without even realizing it. Yoga in its holistic sense, was what brought me back to myself and it’s become what I now live to share with others.

After more than a decade of personal practice and 500+ hours of Yoga Alliance recognized training, I have become devoted to teaching yoga not just as exercise, but as a means to regulate the nervous system, decompress, and feel fully at home in life. There is no pressure to be flexible, no prior experience required, and no spiritual agenda. Just practical, calm, and intentional movement and breath work that meets you where you are.

My Approach

I teach yoga as a supportive, evolving practice, not a challenge to conquer . If you spend most of your day at a desk, in meetings, or staring at a screen, my sessions are designed with your body and nervous system in mind. My sessions are:

  • Accessible, adaptable, and genuinely calming. There is no experience needed and no perfect poses required.

  • Grounded in anatomy, breath, and nervous system awareness so that what you learn on the mat actually translates to how you feel off it.

  • Designed to build confidence, comfort, and holistic resilience over time, not overnight, and not through pushing harder.

Your Experience

I want you to leave each session feeling like you've actually exhaled, maybe for the first time all day. That feeling is where real growth begins, only from there we will build based on what you need for you, together.
