About me, my teaching and practice

I’m a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher passionate about providing a personalized and calm teachings to help feel steadier, stronger, and more at ease in their bodies and lives.

Yoga became part of my life at a time when I needed strong support through some of the inevitable waves life throws, that effected me on both a physical and mental level. Over time though yoga became so much more. I began to see yoga as a grounding ritual that helped me to not only cope but to grow, into both myself and the world around me with greater, patience and compassion than I ever considered possible.

After more than a decade of this personal practice and 500 hours of Yoga Alliance recognized training, I now focus on offering this style of approachable, practical yoga, to people who want to feel better in their bodies without pressure, performance, or spiritual overload.

My approach

I teach yoga as a supportive expanding system, not a challenge to be conquered. My sessions are:

  • Calm, clear, and adaptable.

  • Grounded in anatomy, breath, and nervous system awareness.

  • Designed to build confidence, comfort, and resilience over time.
