One-on-one Support

One- on- one sessions are designed for people who want thoughtful, personalized guidance that meets them exactly where they are, physically, mentally, and in the reality of their everyday life. Sessions are calm, adaptable, and paced around you. The focus is on building genuine trust in yourself again, learning to work with your body and mind rather than push through them.

There is no pressure, no performance, and no need to arrive knowing exactly what you need. That's something we figure out together.

How it works

  1. Complimentary 20-Minute Intro Call. A relaxed, no-pressure conversation to get to know each other, talk through what you're navigating, and make sure it feels like the right fit.

  2. Structured Private Support (4 or 8 Weeks) If we decide to move forward, we begin with a focused 4 or 8 week block — enough time to build real momentum, establish a steady rhythm, and start feeling a genuine shift.

  3. Ongoing Refinement We check in on progress and evolve the work as your needs change — whether that's building strength, improving mobility, regulating your nervous system, or simply carving out space in your week to breathe and reset.

  • Each session is structured, focused, and responsive to you and how you're arriving that day, not just what was planned the week before. Below is an example of how a standard 60 minute session may be structured.

    Arrival (5 to 10 minutes):  A brief check-in on energy, stress, sleep, and any tension or discomfort experienced now and throughout the week, or any new goals. This shapes the session so it reflects what you genuinely need right now.

    Regulation and Reset (5 to 10 minutes): Breath and grounding work to help you transition out of work mode and back into your body. 

    Strength and Mobility or Restful Postures (30 to 35 minutes) Intentional, tailored movement built around your goals. This might look like a release of desk-related tension, through active movement or restorative postures, core stability, or building strength in a way that feels sustainable rather than depleting.

    Integration (5 to 10 minutes): Slower, recovery, return to breath and guided stillness to assure that as we close you feel clear,  steady and more yourself than when you arrived.  

    Ongoing Support Between Sessions: For clients in a 4- or 8-session series, I include a brief mid-week check-in via text or email. This gives space to reflect on how your body and mind feel following our practice and as your week unfolds, and whether there’s anything you’d like to prioritize in following weeks. This helps our work evolve with you and your real life , not just the hour we share.

  • Consistency is where the real shift happens. This structure is designed to make that easy.

    Sessions are held weekly or bi-weekly at a set time. This helps the practice become something steady to return to, a reliable, habitual part of your self-care routine. 

    Single Sessions: $105 CAD: A fully tailored 75-minute one-to-one session. A good starting point if you want to experience the practice before committing to a series.

    4-Session Series: $380 CAD: Four 60-minute sessions at a set weekly or bi-weekly time. Designed for professionals ready to build consistency in so that it begins to impact how you feel, how you carry yourself, and how you experience your days.

    Includes brief mid-week check-ins to help us stay aligned with your energy, schedule, and evolving needs.

    8-Session Series:  $720 CAD: Eight 60-minute sessions for deeper, more lasting integration. Ideal if you're working toward long-term stress regulation, meaningful strength, or sustained mobility improvements.

    A small fee may apply for travel out of the downtown core or King West proximity.*

  • Sessions take place in your home or condo fitness space in Toronto.

    Working in your own environment removes the commute, keeps things calm and familiar, and makes it far easier to build this practice into your actual life. All you need is a mat and enough space to roll it out. I can provide everything else.

I work with a limited number of one-on-one clients at a time to ensure sessions remain thoughtful and tailored. A limited number of spaces remain available this season.
