Private Yoga Support

Private sessions are designed for people who want thoughtful, one-on-one guidance in their yoga journey that meets them where they are, physically, mentally, and emotionally.

This work is especially supportive if you’re navigating stiffness, reduced mobility, stress, or simply wanting to feel more confident and at ease in your body without pushing or strain.

Sessions are calm, adaptable, and paced intentionally. The focus is on building trust, comfort, and steady progress over time, not forcing change.

How we begin

All private work begins with a 15-minute complimentary introductory chat.

This is a relaxed conversation where we get to know one another and talk through what you’re looking for. There is no pressure to commit.

If we decide to move forward, we begin with a full private intake session. This session will allow time to understand your body, your goals, and what kind of guidance will feel most supportive for you.

  • Private sessions are offered in weekly or bi-weekly rhythms, depending on what feels most supportive for your body and schedule.

    We begin with either a 4-week or 8-week block, allowing enough time to build continuity, confidence, and meaningful progress without feeling overwhelming.

    This structure helps us:

    • Establish a steady, supportive rhythm

    • Adjust practices thoughtfully over time

    • Respond to your needs as they evolve

    The rhythm and length of support are always discussed during the introductory chat and revisited as needed.

    Working in your own space allows for a calm, familiar environment and makes sessions easier to integrate into daily life. Practices are adapted to the space and to what feels comfortable and accessible for you.
